College Rules
Behavior and Conduct
For reasons of unsatisfactory conduct and behavior, candidates will be removed from the college any time by the authority.
It is therefore absolutely essential that students must maintain good discipline and conduct by
themselves well in every sphere of activities inside and outside the college premises.
Class Attendance
80% attendance in Theoretical and Practical classes required except on medical grounds which may be condoned by
the authority in exceptional case on furnishing satisfactory reason for the absence from college for appearing in exams.
Fine is imposed on students for absence without permission.
Text Books
In order to help the students in their academic studies the college has made some text books available to them on discount.
The books will be distributed through college co-operative store on presenting the admission receipts.
Process of Payment of Fees
First Installment of the fees will be deposited at the time of admission and the Second Installment of the fees will be
deposited after the Diwali vacation within a week after reporting in the college.
Failing to pay the fees within time, the students will pay fees with fine.
Students are prohibited from forming associations/organizations and from holding functions in the College without the prior permission of the Principal. Students are prohibited from organizing, welcome, farewell and other such functions, outside College premises. Violation of rules will lead severe disciplinary action. The Principal’s decision in all matters of admission, administration and enforcement of discipline is final. General rules and other important instructions in this prospectus shall be final and binding on all.
The S.G.B. Amravati rules apply to all the students/examiners admitted to affiliated courses.
Use of Mobile in campus and hostel is strictly prohibited
